Tiger exam vs. Wrapper Class

Is that true that the Wrapper Class won't appear tiger exam due to the boxing concept?

in other word, I can skip the Wrapper Class section when I prepare for the beta exam. is that true?

No. I don't think it's possible to really understand boxing and unboxing without understanding wrappers. With autoboxing, you don't need to explicitly refer to wrappers as often as you do without autoboxing - but you do still need to directly refer to wrappers sometimes, and you need to understand how they work.
