yesday i took the scjp exam and cleared it with 85.4% i am not able to logon to certmanager the cert manager has a text feild for registration id in my score report i have registration number and candidate id which one ahould i enter and it also asks for test center id but my score report has a site number on it, is it the test center id

Yes, the site number is the test center id.
