Please be aware that Amazon *might* be having problems that *could* cause you to order an older edition of a book than you intend. (note: extreme ass-covering in progress.) I urge all book buyers to make sure that they are in fact ordering the latest edition when placing online orders.
Spot false dilemmas now, ask me how!
(If you're not on the edge, you're taking up too much room.)
I am one of those who got an older edition by mistake.
The mistake was, not sure whose fault (maybe my carelessness), that area that says 'other editions'.
Since the hardcopy of the book is the one on the main area, I assumed buying that one on the 'other editions "soft copy"', would give me the same edition, only in soft version.
But no, I got an older version.
Only if checked every step of the way......
But actually, I feel that that page was nothing other than MISLEADING...or is it my pride =)
Amazon refunded me, and fast, within 3 days I believe.

We found out about it because we were looking for our new HF Java edition, and we couldn't find it... we had to look really hard to find it and we knew it was there! Then we started hearing from other authors that they were having the same problem with their 2nd, 3rd... editions.
So watch out you guys!
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
