My background.
Studied K&B and partially K&R for some topics. solved each and every exercise of K&B. know java since 2002 and working in java from last 3 months. Started reading javaranch forums seriously after 13th march 2005 and seen tremendous improvement so far.

My statistics of exams taken
1) Exam name: MasterExam for Sun Certified Programmer and Developer for java2 Study Guide

Date : 13th march 2005 ( 17 days left for D-Day)
Score :61% (FAILED)

2) Exam Name: JavaRanch Roundsup
Date : 19th march 2005 ( 10 days left for D-Day now
Score: 140/156 = 90% (i guess it is PASS)

What should be my strategy for now considering following consraints and resources
Resources
1) Wizlab and JQPlus with me
2) 15*4 holiday + 5*6 work days = 60+30 = 90 Hrs left for D-Day

Thanks for reading
Aruna.

The passing score is only 52%. Just practice quickly spotting program errors. Work against the clock without breaks on the mock exams.

Don't study, just relax, starting 24 hours before the exam.

You'll do fine.

Practice the K&B end of chapter self test questions and study the 2 minute drill sections. Also, play JavaRanch's Rules Round-up Game!

Good Luck!

Aruna,

One suggestion. Read K&B 2 minute drill for quick revision.Whenever a point is not clear while reading this two minute drill just check that section details.I have followed this and passed the exam.

GoodLuck.
