i heard that before writing the
one should familiar with API documentation. i read K&B i have no idea how the API will be.
is it essential to read API,if it so where can i find it.give me the path of that file.

API for 1.4.2

but are all api knowledge is needed or important...
besides K&B book and khalid book ??

For the 1.4 exam, you should be fine with the API material covered in K&B. You might find it useful to read, or at least skim, the on-line javadocs for the java.lang and java.util packages.
