hi all,
my question is about the exam format...first of all, will there be any sign to distinguish single / multiple choice question? like a radio button and a check box...? if yes can i get to know how many checkbox to choose? can any one give me a link of a mock exam(if possible free) which resembles the real exam format?
regards,
sajid

Hi Sajid,

You will be told how many options to select in the exam. Also, take a look at SCJP FAQ for other useful information.

Hi Parameswaran,

If I remember correctly, I got one very simple fill-in-the-blank question when taking SCJP 1.4 exam. Not sure if there'll be any of these questions in the exam now. No writing sample code. See this old thread.

Why does this exact question come back every week at least?

There ARE short answer questions, but these are limited to things like "type in the output of the above code" which will probably be a single word or short line.
I had one on my exam, out of 61 questions and from the many people who seem to think there are none I conclude that many people never get any. While the questions are randomly chosen that does indicate that there aren't many as if there were there'd likely have been more of them
