Disclaimer, Srikanth, I am not saying this to make fun of you, it is everyone in general that I make this statement.

It is funny that everyone refers to Kathy by her first name, and Bert is only known by his last name, Bates. Of course, we all call their Certification book the K&B book, and people think the B part is Bates and not as in Kathy & Bert boo, which both would be K&B.
