I believe this book is no longer a free download. Is this book available in the market to be purchased?

My understanding is that Mastering the Fundamentals... was never released in hardcopy form. The free download has been discontinued because of an anticipated new hardcopy edition, which will have a different title. However, this "news" is over a year old now, and nothing seems to be available at Amazon other than used copies of the pre-Mastering... edition, so I don't know what's happening.
