plz tell me names of various thread states becaause various books uses different names.
i know

NEW , RUNNABLE , RUNNING , DEAD , WAITING OR BLOCKING

but what are NONRUNNABLE & READY i saw these notations in one of mock exam and what are proper names of various thread states that are
according to exam.

Never heard
Probably Ready = Runnable and Not Runnable = Dead


SCJP(1.4), SCWCD(1.4), SCBCD(1.3), SCDJWS
