Hi!
I want to write files to clients hard disk through my applet. Can any one help me with sample codes if possible.

You need to perform two things:

Thanks for the links.
It seems every user who is going to view this applet has to perform the steps required like getting a copy of certificate and creating .keystore and .policy files in his local machine.
Is there any better way than this? Can we control http - tunneling through our applet and display the content in a new browser with ms excel (for example for csv files) and leave the option to save or not to user?
