Do the questions in real exam specify how many answers to choose from? Mughal exam provides radio buttons in some cases which means there is only one correct answer.

Yes, they do specify the number of correct answers.

another unrelated question.

Aren't we allowed to take a scribbing pad/pen to the exam. I read from the prometric email that we are not supposed to take any such stuff.

No, we are NOT allowed to take any pen/pencil and paper. Prometric provides the necessary stationery.
Good luck...
