Hi all,
This is my first post to this forum but I have been a silent member for quite some time. I will be taking the SCJP 1.4 exam on December 26. I have been preparing for the exam for the past one and half months.I have gone thru K&B book and took up all the Whizlabs practise exams. I scored an average 75% in the Whizlabs practise tests. So where exactly do I stand?? What else should I go thru and any other mock exams should I go thru before taking up the exam six days from now? I would like the experts to help me out.

Thanks and Regards,
Jayanth.

Hii Naresh..
i would suggest not to take Dan's Mock Exam...if u r going to write on 26th of this month..

It is too tough such tat u need to review the code nook and corner..

Better u take the K&B Master Exam CD Test.

AdvanceCongrats...

Hi,

Take Dons exam. That will really help you. Even if you are not able to get very great score, just give a try. Dont worry about the score at this point. The sample questions will give you better idea. Even if you are not able to complete all the test, concentrate on specific objectives which you feel worth trying.

Dont get tensed. Just go & write the exam.
Just refresh with your notes once again on the previous day of your exam.

All the Best.

Hii..Kavitha,
i am not forcing him ,tat he shuld not take the test.
He might have taken the Dan's mock exam before itself....
i too have prepared for SCJP using K&B Book only...
i didn't take Dan's Test at all..
For the exam point of view....Dan's test is too much compared to the K&B CD Exam..

Go Cool..Read The K&B Book fully once again...recall the important points..
take the K&B CD test.i m sure u wil get more than 90%..

Moreover.....kavitha..r u preparing for SCWCD.
wer r u i INDIA ha..Let me know whether u r preparing for SCWCD...ya..teake.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
