There is no new issue beyond October 2004. There is one month break previously once in a while.

But this time, the break is too long.

Any inputs from the sheriffs/moderators/Lasse's/Tom etc are welcome.

Hey, why did I get singled out like that?

The problem is that it takes time to write articles, to do interviews, to play with new technologies, etc. Sometimes, it just happens that people have less time for those things than before. It would be wonderful to have a steady stream of monthly issues but so far we haven't managed to do that for extended periods of time.

As far as I know, there will be a new issue coming out within a week or two.

Were you thinking about contributing an article, Kishore?

Is somebody going to answer this?
I am also interested in contributing.

We moderators are discussing it. More news as it becomes available.

Since the promised update on this hasn't happened, here it is:

If you're interested in writing for the JavaRanch Journal, contact Ernest Friedman-Hill, who is the managing editor.
