In my opinion, Whizlabs' mock exams are the best. They are very good. The one that comes along with the K&B book is also good.

Among the ones freely available in the web, I would recommend the ones from javacertificate.com, jiris.com and the 3 Marcus Green ones exam1, exam2, exam3
