I definitely is a personal thing. How dare you ask.
It depends, some people do learn better in classes than by reading books. But the one thing that I know people learn by is through experience. The one thing with a class is that when it is done, you have your notes, but no more class. With books and mocks and experience, you always have something physical to look at, and you get to go at your own pace.
When I first learned
Java, I took classes at UC Irvine Extension classes and I thought they were great classes and I learned a lot. But then again my work also paid for those classes.
