...how do you know when you are ready for the test? I m studying a lot the last two month like 20h/week, i m still at school lol, we have a training course for the one who want to pass the certification...and i study a lot at home.
My problem is, i have'nt many experience in java programming...what do you think the best is?

take some java mock tests and if you can consistently score high points then give that test a shot.

Hi ..,
how much can one expect in "The Exam" if one is getting 70% in Whizlab test??

Two of my co-workers were getting in the 70s with the Whizlabs SCJP5 simulator, and got 88% and 90% respectively on the actual SCJP 5 exam.

They used the K&B 1.4 book, with other material to pick up the new stuff in Java 5.

I personally will not be attempting the exam until I get close to 80% in Whizlabs.

I did not do any mock exams unless 16 questions from the test exam provided with K&B 1.4 book, just a day before the exam. I scored 80%. Anyway mock exams are very much helpful to get familiar with questions and to have a confidence. If you are really struggling with time, K&B book and its questions are more and enough.
