I never heard about perticular weightage for each topic. In my test i could see questions covering 2-3 concetps, like Threads + Garbage collection,Innerclasses + threads,
Innerclasses + overloading + overriding...likethat
so forget about the weightage for each topic in the test, but give equal weightage to all the topics while preparing the test.

Wish u all the best
