iam a java developer staying in us for the last 10 months. iam also a scjp with 78%. i've recently finished a project in washington dc. right now iam looking for a position using java,ejb,weblogic platforms in new york city. as the market is dull now iam not sure what kind of approach is required. iam on h1 visa with my consulting company in long island new york. what are the possibilities of me getting a contract job in this regard? or do i need to learn a new concept. and recently iam also planning to take the java architect exam. will it be of any help if i pass the part 1 and try to get a job using that, as passing all the 3 parts will need a lot preparation without doing any job. what kind of response it will generate if i mention in my resume that i've passed scea part1. i think i wrote a lot.. sorry for that? please can anybody help me in this regard and give me advice on this thanks ramu
