Professional Experience eFORCE, Inc.,April 2000 to Present Java Certified Software Engineer/Business Analyst Business Analysis Project at Visa USA Currently, part of a Business Analysis team working in the Discovery and Scope phases of a system enhancement project for Visa USA. Responsible for providing Requirement Specifications utilizing Rational Rose and UML as well as a Gap Analysis for a planned $2.5 million upgrade from their current BackOffice Adjustment System (BOAS Online) version 4.1 to BOAS 5.0. BOAS manages the credit dispute process for Visa member banks and institutions and was developed using ASP technology. Responsible for facilitation and participation in stakeholder meetings with the Visa subject matter experts to document specified modules of the current version and gather business and technical requirements for the system enhancement. Internal ATG Dynamo 5.0 Projects Developed Java based applications for the purpose of evaluating the new release of ATG's Dynamo 5.0 platform. Technologies utilized during development included Droplets, XML repositories and relational views, JHTML, Java 2 and JavaBean components. Also took part in evaluation of training material for the release of this new version. Sr. Technical Recruiter Originally hired by eFORCE to analyze, enhance, and document the company's regional recruitment procedures in an effort to streamline and standardize the process. Identified bottlenecks to the process, often across organizational lines, and worked with all departments to resolve these constraints. A recruiting process document was delivered and is still in use by the corporation in the western region. Member of a team responsible for initiating an effort to evaluate and secure a recruiting database system. Several options were evaluated, including purchasing an existing system and building an in-house system. Participated in the requirements gathering and analysis of a custom system built by eFORCE. After careful evaluation of the requirements the decision was made to purchase a system due to time constraints in development. Responsible for recruitment of E-Business professionals at all levels with experience in a variety of technologies through a number of sources.

Responsible for recruitment and hiring of E-Business, ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain professionals through a variety of sources such as, use of CTG's resume database (Resumix), internet resources, print advertising, direct sourcing and cold calling, subcontractors, job fairs, networking, etc. Development of a recruiting and hiring process to be used for CTG's managed service and outsourced engagements. This process was implemented for CTG's ISO 9001 certification and resulted in a streamlining of CTG's managed services recruitment.
