If you or anyone has a serious Java Development background and is not working with any recruiters, and is a US citizen. Please email right away, I have a position waiting for you. I would prefer someone with the following requirements: 2+ yrs java experience. Strong, knowledge of swing, JSP, servlets, java beans. SQL/Oracle is a definite plus. Professional experience with replications software is a major plus. Must speak english and willing to relocate if necessary. Will be handling web based application design. Not to sound critical here but: A. Your name doesn't correspond with registering policies on JavaRanch. B. To have someone take you seriously, shouldn't you be receiving email at your company email address? When I personally see a "hotmail" address from a company, it's a big turn off.
