If you or anyone has a serious Java Development background and is not working with any recruiters, and is a US citizen. Please email right away, I have a position waiting for you.
I would prefer someone with the following requirements:
2+ yrs java experience. Strong, knowledge of swing, JSP, servlets, java beans. SQL/Oracle is a definite plus. Professional experience with replications software is a major plus. Must speak english and willing to relocate if necessary. Will be handling web based application design. Will report directly to the CIO, so must be very goal orientated.
Please only seirous inquirys, email resume to jfpjr@hotmail.com

Not to sound critical here but:
A. Your name doesn't correspond with registering policies on JavaRanch.
B. To have someone take you seriously, shouldn't you be receiving email at your company email address?
When I personally see a "hotmail" address from a company, it's a big turn off.
