All i want is a simple rotating banner that in the html file you can specify what 'small' html files you want to include in the rotation. So, in escessnce the banner files are small html files with images and text.

Can any one help me? Is javascript better?

I am using a webhost that does not give me many options at all.

Isn't it easier to make an animated *.gif file out of your banner images?

I agree. Here's the link: http://zeroturnaround.com/jrebel - it saves me about five hours per week
