Hello,
How to load my resources (sound, Images) to my applet thru Background loading? And also tell me how to reduce the applet init time???

Somebody else may have some different and/or better ides, but since when did that keep me from responding?
To keep the amount of time it takes to initially load an applet, you could just instantiate and load as few resources and objects as possible in the beginning. Then load things as needed or spawn a new thread that takes care to load resources (such as images) in the background. You may want to use an ImageObserver while loading larger or many samll images.
