Hi, I am Smita Gupta, coming from India to California. I moved here with my husband on H4 visa. I want to transfer my visa from H4 to H1. Can anybody tell me about the consultant who can transfer visa and help me in finding the job. I did Masters in Computer Science and having three years of experience in software development. Can anybody help me.
