I am a recent Computer Engineering graduate, and am currently looking for a job.

Just wondering if anyone knows how much employers really value these types of certifications, and whether it's worth it to invest the time and money required to get it?

Hi Adam,

we have a very useful "search" hyperlink in the top of this page.

There are thousands of threads discussing the same thing.

It depends on country and on work force demand. I recommend you to read some older threads and watch for your country, or country which you'd like to work in.
