I'm a UI / Web designer that has been trying to break into business application UI design for a couple of years. However, without experience in this area, it is very difficult to find employment.

Previously, I have been employed by Netscape and have worked with their professional services group on various client-facing web application projects. I have also worked for Intuit and offered web based design solutions for some of their current online properties.
My most recent project, and the place I am currently employed, is The Russian Store (www.therussianstore.com). I was responsible for creating the corporate identity, e-commerce web site (from architecture to visual design), and an integrated back-end system that ties into a mobile windows CE device for offline POS events (which I can send you screen-shots of if you like).
