Reviews about Companies

I was wondering that when people want to make career moves, they get offers from companies, many of which they might not have heard of and have questions regarding the organization for which they need answers before taking the plunge.

How about creating a forum where people can post reviews about companies. People interested in making a change know where to look for their queries.

At first site, this suggestion looks very good but I am afraid that will lead us to some other direction.

Proposals for this site go to the JavaRanch forum so I'm moving this thread there.

People already ask about companies in the Job Discussion forum and a search there will turn up some hits.
