Question during the exam registration

In the process of my registration for the exam SCJP 310-055

I was requested to input the follwoing information, but I don't know what they mean. Can anybody help?

1. Enter Priority Code and Payment Information.

Priority Code * ______________
(Enter NONE if unknown)

Company Name * ________________

What's priority code means?
what company name do I need to input? The company I am working for or the company which issued the credit card I use to pay the fee..?

I think you should enter the priority code if you are entitled for a discount.

Why? It is an offer that ended in 2005!

I always enter "individual person" in the company field, unless my company are paying for the certification costs (in which case I enter the firm for whom I am working).
