I am not getting good score when I atempt Dan Mock exam questions. Is the real exam is also this much hard? thanks

Yes, that is exactly what Dan himself says. As you learn Java, test yourself with his questions. Then study a SCJP book and you are on the way to a very good understanding of Java concepts.

Is it for SCJP1.5 or SCJP 1.4 ??

Dan Chisholm's Mock Exam covers SCJP 1.4. As you can see questions on Math class, shift operators and bitwise operators and these are not covered in SCJP 1.5 exam.
