I have always studied alone. It is boring and I am not getting paid on those hours, but wear myself out trying to learn new skills.
I want to try and make a plan to study at work with coworkers (they'll get something out of this too).
My rep't mgr is OK w/it. Now I have to make a plan.

Posting and answering questions in this forum could be a very good vehicle for group study, as you will also bring in people from outside your own study group.
