Since I have files:
hello.html

hello.java

HelloImpl.java

HelloApplet.java

policy

Then I got the all classes I need, but I don't know where to place them?
I make directory in Tomcat webapps/rmi,and place with :
hello.html
examples
policy
then I don't know how publish the Applet with RMI
I just can see the Applet without RMI.

I'm not sure what you mean by "publish the applet with RMI". An applet can't be accessed via RMI - it can access something else via RMI. I'm not familiar enough with RMI to say from your code whether what you're trying to do is feasible, but I don't think an applet can be an RMI server - only an RMI client.

And speaking about applets in general, the policy file needs to be added on the client side, i.e. on the machine where the browser running the applet is located.

Ulf Dittmer, thanks you for your reply.
I sorry for my poor expression in English which is not clear.
I just write a simple RMI pragram whose client was an applet.
While I got the applet from my Tomcat though the browser, the RMI did'work, and I need some help how to realize it, what should I do
in both server and client.

Do you have an RMI registry running on the server?

The RMI chapter may help you get started.

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
