This week's book giveaway is in the OO, Patterns, UML and Refactoring forum. We're giving away four copies of Refactoring for Software Design Smells: Managing Technical Debt and have Girish Suryanarayana, Ganesh Samarthyam & Tushar Sharma on-line! See this thread for details.
I am studying for the SCJP exam using "SCJP for Java 5" by Kathy Sierra and Bert Bates.
I am finding the exercise questions at the end of the chapter very very tricky and hard. For example, an answer choice looks right, except it has a pair of parentheses missing. I find the exercise questions quiz you on trivial technicalities, instead of solid programming logic.
Does the real SCJP exam have questions as hard like the ones in the book?
