Criterion for Sun Microsystems????

Hi,

I was wondering how to apply for Sun Microsystems???
Although I'm working in an MNC in a J2EE project for the past nearly 10 months, but i'm not happy with the wok i'm doing, as its a Maintainence project and learning is less. I'm sole aim is to land in some R&D Java or J2EE project.....not possible in my present company :-( .....
i think ideal place to work for R&D would be SunMicrosystems............

Can anyone disseminate any info on how to about, and what is the criterion???
