problem with creating a profile at www.certmanager.net/sun

i did my exams today and passed. but when i went to the site www.certmanager.net/sun to create a profile it says it can not find a match. i put in all that is required including the reg number, name, site number according to the exam report i got from the exam centre. does it take some time before i can create a profile at that site? and how long does it usually take for the original certificate to arrive?

I logged in only after two weeks. Wait for some more time and make sure that the details you enter match exactly with those you provided to prometric

you can also try varying the fields... in my case, the test center entered my first and middle name in the firstname field and my last name in the lastname field... this took a long time for me to figure out... that may be your case too.
