what will it keep after I close a firefox tag which showing a applet?
I write a multi-thread applet
after I close it,and reopen it or reflash it,
it seems that the old thread still running?
I did nothing in the destory()

what will it keep after I close it?
thread?
Objects variables?
class static variables?

Thank you very much in advance.

Have you tried taking appropriate steps in the destroy method to stop the threads?

If you close the browser, then the JVM is terminated, and no thread can possibly still be running. What did you observe that makes you think something is still running?
