Hi,
I am desparately looking for some advice.
My aim is to become an Enterprise Architect. Primarily I have been working with Oracle Pl/SQL, Application Design (C/S) and some JDBC Java programming.

My knowledge abt J2EE is very limited. After a lot of thinking this is best path I have come up with:
1. Get the SCJP cert
2. Get the SCBCD cert
3. Get the SCEA

Please advise if my decision is logical.
Also, I am not trying to become a good Java programmer, BUT would very much like to strong at the fundamentals, so please mention some BOOKS that I should refer for the certification.

Thanks

Hi vRaj,

Do visit the SCJP-FAQ section, it should address most of your initial queries. Here's the link: SCJP-FAQ
