am going to write this SCJP exam. Is it enough that i straight away write this SCJP or i have to start with SCJA??? and if am starting with SCJP means whether i should write SCJP1.4 or i can write this 1.5???
also which book i should refer..!!! it would be greatful if someone helps me!!!

SCJA is meant for managers so that they can understand our jargon. You can take the SCJP directly. Which flavour you want to take depends on your decision. Search for posts that discuss wheher to take 1.4 or 1.5
SCJP 1.4 is easier and takes less time. Good luck
