Hi there,

I have a JSP application that embeds Java applets in its pages.

I want to add functionality such that a user can zoom in and out of the applets (it displays mind maps currently) as desired. Is there a way to do this by adding an attribute or child tag to the <applet> tag?

How about javascript? As an alternative, it would be sufficient if the JSP page can be made to zoom in and out by pressing buttons located on the page.

Thank you.

You will need to implement this functionality yourself, meaning the drawing code needs to take the current zoom factor into account. There's nothing in the browser or the Java Plugin to help with this.

Thank you. I found a solution which involved loading my mind maps with a shockwave object that had the required functionality.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
