Using ActionListeners in applets isn't different from using them in an application. What are you struggling with?

The Sun Java Tutorial has an extensive chapter on GUI event handlers, including action listeners. In this regard an applet is no different than an application.

What is "the password"? What is "confirm password"? Please put a bit more effort into your questions, and TellTheDetails.

Also, running applets has nothing to do with NetBeans.

How to Perform action Listener in the Applet?

public class MyApplet extends Applet implements ActionListener
{
Button submit=new Button("Submit"); //may go anywhere e.g init()
submit.addActionListener(this);

public void acctionPerformed(ActionEvent ae)//use inner class if more
than one button
{
//code goes here.
}
}
