Hello there ..I am preparing from K&B since last 2 months .completed it thrice and i had scheduled the scjp 1.5 on 11th october. I had practised lot from K&B and learnkey But viewing recent posts about the new whizlabs simulator I am getting worried if it was an essential. I had practised only on 1.4 mocks and 1.5 learnkey mocks Should i postpone the exam and try whizlabs or keep faith only on K&B?

How are you scoring in free mock exams? If you are consistently scoring about 80%, you don't need to buy any commercial tool. The book is sufficient.
It seems you are preparing for 1.5 exam. In that case, you should not spend time on 1.4 mocks since the difference between the two version is too much.
According me K&B book is enough to pass SCJP1.5 exam.Just understand and remember K&B books stuff and solve all mock questions in this book. I have cleared SCJP1.5 only by reading K&B book.My score was not good but i still manage to clear exam.Pay close attention on D&D questions they are easy but time consuming to understand the solving pattern. Thanks for your advice that only K&B book is sufficient if done fully. Yes i am getting > 80% in mocks but the problem is that most of the free mocks i had tried earlier several times and so i remember the questions- tricks and even their answers
