It is advisable to read only K&B, if you only read K&B that should be ok based on previous successes. Also, try to contribute to this forum not only reading the postings and also try to answer them.

I disagree with the first part of that. By all means read K&B, it is an excellent book and it is possible to pass purely based on that. However most people benefit from having information presented in different ways. Thus you can use K&B as your core, but also use as many other sources to support that learning.
