Yes, there's lots of questions on threads, and flow of control (for, while, break, continue), but also lots of questions on the other objectives.

Would you like to be more specific about the things you are not sure about?
What mock exam questions are you stuck on?

I just work with Sun cerfified Programmer&Developer for Java2,A Programmer's Guide to Java Certification and ********.
Also do the J@Whiz(Whizlabs v1.0),and my scores are almost between 80% and 90%.But this Mock have only 7--10 Threads per test.So I am a lot worry about it.

You should get JQPlus V4 for SCJP 1.4, which is available for free from http://enthuware.com/specialorders.html
It has maximum number of questions among all mock exams including on threading. By the way, did I say it is free?
