new Concepts of SCJP 1.5

Hi Ranchers,

Are the new concepts of SCJP 1.5 are enhancement of SCJP1.4 or generated a new concept? because most of material of SCJP 1.4 are available on net.
can I consider this material for my SCJP 1.5 ?

Generics, enums, varargs, File I/O, are some of the topics that are included in the SCJP 5.0.

Can we take sjcp 1.4 materials for 1.5 too. i mean any of the concepts are changed / enhanced / modified from just earlier version?

Yes and yes. SCJP 1.4 study material can still be useful for SCJP 1.5 because there is a large overlap between the exams. I'm guessing that you don't want to learn things that aren't on the exam, so I'd recommend you use SCJP 1.4 materials with caution until you can recognise which 1.4 topics are still in 1.5. You wouldn't want to squander hours of your life mastering bit shifting operations unless you really have to, right?
