I`ve noticed, that there are two vendors of the "Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, SE 5.0" exam which are privided by:
  • Sun Microsystems (exam 310-055)
  • Sun Academic Initiative (exam 212-055)


    • These both versions can be chosen, f.e. during scheduling the exam through Prometric site.

    Are they identicial, in terms of exam objectives, questions on the exam and certification details they allow to achieve?

    For example, can I attend SCWCD(CX 310-081) after passing SCJP (212-055)?
