Are K & B exams (which coming on the book cd)
enough to pass scjp and have a good score ?

ie If pass those exams with a good score, Is there a gurantee to pass the real one?

Is the exam score is written on certification papers

There is no guarantee whatsoever between your mock exam scores and the real exam score, but most mock exams are more difficult than the real one. (including K & B).

I assume you are talking about SCJP 5.0, personally I scored 7x% in K & B exam, 8x% for Sun ePractice exams and 91% in the real exam.

Your exam score will appear in your test report only, which you will collect from the test centre straight after the exam. Your actual certificate will not show your score.

There is no guarantee at all.It depends on how well you done in exam, not in K&B mock exam. That is for your understanding about your preperation, not to mirror your exams results.Thery are to train you.
