Please in your own opinions, How long Do you think it would take some one without Java knowledge read and Pass the SCJP

if you have knowlege of oops concepts like c++ and you are new to java it should take aroud 4 months....but it depends on the time you can spend everyday...3-4 hours a day must be sufficient....

Having been a professional teacher I think 3 - 4 hours a day is a very hard to achieve goal. I would pitch it at 6 or more months at 2 hours a day.
