How long would it take me to give the first exam?

Hi,

I am intrested in getting Sun Certification, however I work and I am also trying to achieve a BSc CIS. Therefore before starting something like this I would like to know how much time it would take me to see if I can do the first exam during the summer (when I would still be working, but do not have the BSc CIS course).

That is, would I be able to give the first exam for Sun Certification in three months time?

Also would it be possible to wait for a year to then give the second exam?

Also, how many exams are there?

And for the final question ... I am not sure if I can find an examining body for Sun Certification in my country (Malta). Where is the best place to ask for this?
