Master Exam doubt

There is a question about threads, code compiles, output is simple. But the question is:

Witch results are NOT possible? (choose all that apply)
One of the correct answer is:
An error ocurs at runtime.

What about JVM errors? They can occurs(i.e. OutOfMemory Error), so i think, that this one isn't correct. How do I know, what answers author wants?

In general, you should only think about the normal scenerio. Such questions usually consider runtime exceptions that occur due to bad programming such as ClassCastException, NullPointerException, IllegalMonitorStateException (when you try to call wait() or notify() without holding the lock), ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.
Most of these are already mentioned in the exam objectives.
