I have been preparing for SCJP for sometime now. I have gone through K&B book 2 times or so and am pretty confident about the topics covered in there. Is covering K&B completely, enough? I mean there are sections like I/O and Collections in which all APIs are not covered or talked about, can I assume safely that this is all I'll need for the exam? Is there any other guide you'll guys will suggest me to go through? I have been working with Java for a while now but minute details still stump me often, so I am thinking that my prep resources are just not enough. The question is can I rely 100% on topics covered in K&B?
Thanks! Hardik

Hi Hardik,
What version of the SCJP are you going to do?

Hi hardick. In the begining i used to have the same doubt, but after spending some time browsing through the SCJP results forum im sure that K&B is enough for exam preperation. Dont worry about being stumped by some mock questions, it happens to every one specially for first timers(i almost cried!). Im sure that you are very much comfortable with the exam topics, what you have to do now is just PRACTICE 'em. Theres lot of code in that K&B try all of them, tweak 'em try some of your own. Above all dont miss any posts here! All the best friend!
