I take a tour for SCJP, SCWCD, SCBCD and post score forum. I notice one thing, who had passed two certification exams it almost be SCJP & SCWCD. OK somebody take the SCJD for the second cert. But how about SCBCD. Why this cert is alway take the third?, does it must be SCWCD to get SCBCD thing done.?
Now, let talk about head-hunter(Human resourse, Employer). Suppose they know about java cert. detail and you have only 2 java certs. What second cert is the highest rank in their mind for deciding to employ you?. Between SCWCD SCBCD or SCJD.

Dude(??), you can never compare SCWCD and SCBCD and confirm that one is tougher than the other, or a person certified as WCD is more valuable than someone with a BCD. It all depends on the requirements. For instance, say you need a person with EJB skills, and you have available an SCBCD and a SCWCD. Would you go ahead and pick the SCWCD, just because more people seem to be SCWCD and hence it "appears" more important?

I think that there reason one sees more SCWCD's than SCBCD's as a second certification after the SCJP is simply a function of the marketplace - I know far more Java programmers who work with servlets/JSPs on a daily basis than those who work with EJBs. Some of this might be due to the legacy of EJBs not being all they were cracked up to be in the prior versions (I'd like to think that 3.0 is a drastic improvement, from the amount I've played with it), but a lot of it is simply the types of jobs out there.
One tends, after all, to get certified in what one uses for work...

SCJP/SCSNI/SCBCD/SCWCD/SCDJWS/SCMAD/SCEA/MCTS/MCPD... and so many more letters than you can shake a stick at!
There are many jobs that require JSP/Servlets but not EJB, but few jobs that require EJB with no knowledge of JSP/Servlets. If you are doing Java on the server then you must have JSP/Servlets, but you may not need EJB.
At the time, I chose WCD over BCD because there were exam prep books for WCD and only the EJB spec for BCD.
But there was also an EJB perception issue as well. EJB's at the time were highly out of favor because of poor performance. Most shops that I was aware of were doing what they could to get rid of EJB's. All the shops were using JSP's and Servlets so that added weight to my decision.
Still in this day and age if you have a java web app, it will have JSP's and servlets. It may or may not have EJB's
But the real question should be "why certify at all"???
