If you feel totally ready then I assume that means you've taken, and done reasonably well on, several of the good mock exams...
If so, then I think you'll find that the real exam will not surprise you (well, at least not very much). Just remember the mocks you've already taken - the real thing ought to feel very familiar and very do-able.
